“The hotel cancelled my reservation, and then jacked up the rates. I was told they would honor my original reservation rate, then charged me $1000 more. They failed to provide the invoices/receipts for the stay, and I was forced to dispute the charges. I will not stay there again, and will not use Expedia again (either).”

“We were afraid to walk around without our shoes on in the room. There was throw up on the bathroom door, the fridge sounded like a lawn mower, there was trash stuffed under the bed, and sand in the sheets… from the previous occupants. “BEAUTIFUL view. CLEAN rooms. Housekeeping amazing. Short walk to the beach. Staff was kind and helpful. Bathrooms were great. Beds were comfy. The only negative I can say about it, is you have to pay extra to use their pools, and to eat their breakfast. You even had to pay $3 for the bottles of water they had in your room. But overall, great experience. ”

“The young lady working at the desk when we arrived late Wednesday afternoon was very helpful, polite and pleasant. She asked me to sign agreements that this was a non-smoking property, that no smoking was allowed anywhere on the property and that no pets were allowed. No problem. The room was dirty. Furniture was missing. There was no table in the room but there was one chair. The desk had been removed. So, the only horizontal surface in the room was the top of the dresser, blocking the TV. ...

“Another wonderful stay at this great hotel!!! Andrea is a really gracious and beautiful desk agent - her smile is infectious and she really strives to take care of her customers. Once again the room was spacious, clean and we had everything we needed. Easy access to the freeway, restaurants and there's a WalMart and Publix up the street. We felt safe and very well taken care of. Highly recommend 😎”

“Everyone that we encountered from the front desk to the morning had an attitude made you feel put out if you asked them anything especially the lady that Che led me in finally I stood at the front desk for 10 minutes while I was trying to check in no one was there saw someone cleaning up the food area and walked over to ask if someone worked the front desk he said he would go find her when she finally came to the desk she didn’t apologize she said so you had to wait a few minutes to check in...

“So disgusting. We found two roaches during our stay. Room was never cleaned properly. Breakfast is bare minimum with just bread, frozen waffles, and yogurt options. Pool is nice! The restroom also smelled like urine upon arriving and during our stay as well. Don’t recommend unless you’re desperate”
