“I liked the room but you could hear normal conversations of the people next door. We woke up Sunday morning to not having any hot water and all they could tell us was that the engineers were working on it. An hour later, still none so I had to go out without having had a shower. The elevator permit had expired 4 months prior and no one seemed to care when I mentioned it. We ended up leaving the property one night early.”
