“Nice quite and clean”

“Everything was fine except we had no tv. I tried calling and texting the number for the office but no answer. “Pros: The location was convenient. The room was cleaned daily. Staff was very pleasant. The AC worked great. The road noise wasn't terrible at all. The pool was very well maintained. The bed was very comfortable and I slept like a baby. Cons: I stayed for 6 nights and the sheets were never changed. The mop water is not changed between rooms which leaves the floors rather tacky feeling. On my very last night I found 2 live cockroaches and 1 dead that was under the drawer in the nightstand...

“I seriously thought about giving this place a TERRIBLE review because I liked it here so much and I dont want to see the price go up once construction on the exterior pool is complete and summer gets here. This is a river front property, however fishing is not allowed on the rocks currently but there is a place to fish about a quarter of a mile away in the neighborhood. The bed is super comfy. “The hospitality of was phenomenal ”

“Very Clean kid friendly with playgrounds & a lake. Rentals in the Green area all have 2 rooms upstairs accessed by a metal winding staircase that most Sr.'s would not be able to climb. None that we saw appeared to be handicap accessible. ”

“We had a wonderful time at this beautiful property on the river. The accommodations were very comfortable for our family. We had everything we needed. It was very peaceful and quiet. We caught five bass out of the river! Highly recommend it and would come back again. ”
