“The room was big and had a nice couch. Bed was comfy, towels were soft. We ordered a sandwich from the app, which was very easy. Food was good and reasonably priced. The breakfast had a nice variety of hot items… pancakes, waffles, potatoes, sausage, eggs etc. Staff were very friendly and checked on us during breakfast to make sure we were satisfied. Would definitely hear again!!! I also overheard that the pool and hot tub were great!”

“The hotel (Mount Vernon Hotel and Event Center - no longer exists under this name) has changed management and did not allow us to stay. They said they could see our reservation and were willing to cancel it, but it was booked under a previous management and they did not allow any pets, so we could not stay with our dog. They said they credited out account, but I am still being charged the full amount by Expedia and it is, so far, very difficult to contact Expedia for a credit. We ended up...
