“The pool has literal lumps of black dirt on the tiles, it hasn’t been cleaned for a long time. The jacuzzi is the same temperature as the pool and also dirty. No shower facilities after the “swim”
Run down hotel, breakfast staff were just there, never said good morning, no interaction from any staff actually. Won’t be staying there again. ”

Breakfast options were very good and easy to serve yourself at the buffet.

“We stayed 5 days in the suite at the Merton Hotel. What a fabulous stay we’ve had. The staff were fabulous as was the food. Everyone was friendly, helpful and happy throughout our stay. The room was fabulous too with a lovely balcony overlooking the bay. Thank you”
