"Hyatt Regency is probably one of the newest hotels in the Yokohama Chinatown area. We liked it for its accessibility - it’s about 5 mins walk from the nearest metro exit and 5 - 10 mins walk to Chinatown. The rooms are large and decked with luxe contemporary touches. Special thanks to Ichinose-san at the front desk for being super polite and helpful."

"I never experienced this type of service or hotel before. This was my first time being in a 5-star hotel and it honestly blew my mind. The place was amazing, the staff were very courteous and super friendly, and the food was incredible! Higly recommend this place to anyone and would definitely go back to it if i have another chance.
