"The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are luxurious while also maintaining the character of Luang Prabang. The restaurant was delicious as well. The location is perfect for walking around Luang Prabang and down to the Night Market. It was hard to get responses from the hotel at times before we arrived and we had some issues with attempting to arrange transfers through the hotel but it was also a holiday which complicated things. "Nice place to stay, otherwise if you get those rooms that are facing the street then it really loud from the other side of street from playing music at night. Otherwise it good. Some of the rooms a/c are not as cold as other rooms. Some room are broken down, like leaking from sink, bathroom door and dresser door handles are missing or broken. Same things with shower head, but didn’t bother me too much. If you are looking for a place that are really nice than it not this hotel. This is your average hotel that all."
