"Staff was phenomenal and professional. We checked in with Irasema and she was very helpful. Dining options were very good! Casa Madre serves authentic Mexican food, everything that we tried was delicious, Emmanuel our server was very knowledgeable about authentic cuisine and Chef Christian came and talked to us about the food as well! We ate at the Japanese restaurant too and sushi and skewers were amazing! The staff there was super nice as well. we will definitely come back! "

"I have been staying at this hotel for the past 15 years, I travel at least 3 times a year to visit family and friends. For me it is a convenient location to access the main city streets and state roads. The hotel personnel has been always very helpful with taxi o share drive needs. I fully recommend for families o solo travelers. "

"Been here five times. Restaurant s are very good. Pools and bars are great. Rooms are good. We were on fourth floor and loved the views. Problem is elevators were out the entire time we were there. Overall good. Just exhausting climbing up and down stairs. "

"It was an amazing stay! The staff is always so welcoming and incredibly nice! However, the hotel needs some much needed remodeling in the rooms. The showers water pressure is really slow and needs new heads. The AC panel needs to be changed. Our mini bar would sporadically be filled but not always. Everything else was absolutely amazing! I would recommend it to friends and family. "
