“Our stay in one of the cottages was so wonderful! From check in to check out the staff were so kind and helpful. The children in our group enjoyed every amenity of the campground. All of the grounds were well maintained and kept. I have nothing but positive things to say and our family will definitely be coming back!”

“My wife and I wanted to explore the NN region and started with Urbanna at this lovely house. Urbanna is charming and the house has a secluded, yet connected feel to the town. The view in the listing is understated -- it is fabulous. The house was well set up for weekenders and I can't think of anything I would change. This was an October stay, so temps were perfect and humidity was low. We plan to come back if possible!”

They thought it was one day earlier but I went to the office and they assured me it's was their mistake. They were very good about it and apologized. Overall I only stayed there to sleep and enjoyed my time there 😊 😃 😀”

“Interior of cabin was nice. Lost power 2x in 2 days, once was for 6hrs. 1 window A/C unit for entire cabin; rooms were hot. For 100 degrees days, 1 window a/c unit for a whole cabin is not even close to efficient or comfortable. We will not be getting a cabin again.”

“I booked this property for a birthday getaway. In decades of travel, I have never experienced anything like this. The house is in serious disrepair — broken and unstable columns, railings not secured to posts, trip hazards, visible mold, a filthy coffee maker, and a moldy shower. This property did not feel safe. We arrived at the agreed check-in time to find the owners still cleaning. They asked us to wait outside for an hour which ended up being 2 hours on a 90+ degree day with no water or...

“So the parking was a bit hard to find because it was down a side alleyway. When we got inside, none of the beds had sheets on them and the linens in the dryer were still a bit damp. I texted the host but got no response. There was brown stains on the memory foam mat in the kitchen and spider webs in the bathroom that we had to clean. I later called the host because the WiFi password wasn’t listed in the welcome book as written in the Evolve email. You cannot access the bedroom TV at the same...
