“The hotel is showing its age. Very run down looking. The pool was fun for the kids. The staff were awful, extremely rude to many guests in person and over the phone. The hotel completely ran out of water (even in vending machines) for guests and didn’t seem to care. For the cost of this hotel do yourself a favour and stay elsewhere. I would not recommend, nor would I ever stay there again”

“Very friendly and accommodating staff. A great / convenient shuttle to and from FCA International Airport and to and from downtown WhiteFish. The property overall could use a "cap ex" refresh as it shows some of its wear. That being said we would stay there again.”

“Very in need of an overhaul, room smelt damp and the bed linens were dirty, didn’t even stay the night.”

“I would not recommend staying the night at this hotel. We woke up in the morning to take showers and the water pressure was barely coming out. We spoke with the front desk and he said he knew about the water pressure and they will be looking into it. He even argued with us about getting a refund. Terrible hotel for $260 a night.”
