"Everything was great except parking. We chose to use valet and they lost our car. The Moxy front desk staff couldn’t help us as the valet was a third party. The valet the morning of check out was very helpful and did eventually find our car after searching all the lots. Then I was charged double the original fee. Again, Moxy staff couldn’t address the issue so I spoke to the local manager of the valet service who initiated a refund of $55 but said that they never lost my car, it was just under the incorrect phone number. Waiting two hours as the poor morning shift valet has to search every lot and take pictures of different license plates to locate your car indicates that the car has been temporarily misplaced. "

"The room was clean and comfortable. Just a couple tiny things… the toilet seat was really loose and I had two conditioners instead of shampoo. The complimentary breakfast was great! Way more than your standard bagel and toast offering."
