“Lovely hotel and surroundings friendly staff, good food. Clean bedrooms”

“Apartment was clean and well resourced. On-site swimming pool was clean, with jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. Staff were very helpful and communication through text message was excellent. Parking was in a main car park at the top of a very hilly site with a 40 yard walk to carry luggage up and down a fairly steep hill.”

“I found the hotel was a lovely stay staff were always polite happy and always willing to help I would definitely recommend palm court hotel very handy for town centre and the beach all in all very lovely stay.”

“The room was clean and tidy, staff were pleasant and helpful. The food in the restaurant was good and varied. The only drawback for us was the lack of a cooked breakfast. I didn't like the continental offering, There was however a fridge in the room. We took our dog with us for which we paid 35 pounds there was nothing provided for the dog”

“Zero WiFi except if you sitting downstairs by reception , room was ok , nowhere in hotel to grab a drink of food although room had kettle and microwave.. tv in room so basic and kept losing signal.. was staying for three nights ending up only doing two”

“As a disabled driver there could be more disabled parking spaces , and the e v charging spaces where not marked for charging only as people where using them to park and not using e v chargers.”

“My 90 year old Mum and I stayed for one night while visiting family. The staff were all helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to meet our needs. Super comfy beds and spotlessly clean. Breakfast included speciality coffees and a good menu of choices. The sun shone for us and we enjoyed the outside spaces. We highly recommend this hotel.”

“We had an amazing stay here and would definitely recommend! We were lucky enough to get a free upgrade on our room and it was beautifully decorated. They were friendly at check in and took us to our room, leaving us some shortbread biscuits. Breakfast in the Grain store was amazing, we also had dinner there.”

“The room was very nice, clean and comfortable. The room service young lady was lovely. However that’s all the positives. Negatives. We had already paid an agency but were asked to provide credit card details on a piece of paper, just unsafe as anyone could access it when stored in an office. The staff took umbrage when I pointed out how wrong this was. No details then no stay, we had no option. The small car park was not marked so it was a free for all. Also a space wasted to an old vintage...

“this was a terrible experience. arrived to a boarded up hotel, with a small note attached to door saying they have reserved rooms round the corner at Carlton hotel. No warning at all well this was a awful hotel so tatty and dirty. no ammenties. lots of staff but no help what so ever came home early NEVER AGAIN. so be warned save your money G Field”

“There is no suitable for business man. There is a WIFI. But very slow and not contact very often. \I can't use WIFI in hotel room. Just lobby can use WFI. If toy have business trip not good for this hotel. Only take a rest and do enjoy time is good for this hotel.”
