“Called the hotel directly to cancel my reservation in which I was told I’d get a full refund due to calling with enough notice. When I had Expedia call to verify, they denied the refund. I called the hotel and they had the notes in the system of the employee who had told me this.. they had since fired that employee and still refused my refund.
