“Room cleaning very late in the day, still cleaning at 10pm. Forgot to exchange towels and coffee making facilities. Apart from that room cleaned adequately. Staff friendly on the whole in the hotel but Valet staff had a stand up row with our taxi driver who was blocked in by another vehicle. Most unprofessional, especially as we had children in the car. We went full board and meals were good with plenty of choice. Overall hotel good for price.”
