“Absolutely amazing value for the price! We booked this pretty last minute for a concert in town we were going to and we loved it! Super comfortable and cozy, walking distance to down town, clean, quiet. We loved it so much we booked another stay for the end of October! This will definitely be our go to place to stay anytime we are in the Sarnac Lake area!”

“Despite platinum Expedia status, no room upgrade was offered at check-in and when I asked we were told no other rooms were available even though the couple in line behind us at reception were offered several alternatives. However, after mentioning this in a Hilton review we were offered a complimentary breakfast which was very kind of the hotel management and greatly appreciated by us.”

“We loved our 4 nights at kiwassa. The host was perfect- helpful but not intrusive. Our room was generous and felt like “The Adirondacks””

“The house is a good place to stay if you need ample room and want a quiet retreat in Saranac Lake. Its not on the water but within a short drive of downtown and the lakes. If you have mobility issues this isn’t the place for you as the stairs to the second floor are very steep and there are floor level changes. The house manager should, I think, mark the floor level changes with bright tape because it takes a while to remember where they are. The house is pleasant and cosy and we enjoyed staying...

“A cozy cabin in the woods, only a brief walk away from the lake, and a comfortable fit for our family of 5. Very well stocked kitchen - we were able to cook all our meals easily. We especially enjoyed the screened-in porch and the swimming area and kayaks that were available for guest use.
