“Very nice room with a lovely lake view”

“We took some time to absorb the atmosphere of this place while staying 3 nights for the XC World Cup. The Grand Ballroom with its Speakeasy bar and analog games, the fitness room… We loved it, and the restaurant dinners were also excellent and memorable.”

“The house is a good place to stay if you need ample room and want a quiet retreat in Saranac Lake. Its not on the water but within a short drive of downtown and the lakes. If you have mobility issues this isn’t the place for you as the stairs to the second floor are very steep and there are floor level changes. The house manager should, I think, mark the floor level changes with bright tape because it takes a while to remember where they are. The house is pleasant and cosy and we enjoyed staying...

“A cozy cabin in the woods, only a brief walk away from the lake, and a comfortable fit for our family of 5. Very well stocked kitchen - we were able to cook all our meals easily. We especially enjoyed the screened-in porch and the swimming area and kayaks that were available for guest use.
