This place has a lot of potential but it reminded me of the Statis House in Great Expectations! The owner was nice enough but should not be renting out rooms at that price for what it is. “The sunset Retro motor court that has been smartly refurbished. There are new owners who have just taken over within the last few days. They have great plans for the cute motel. It is in a great location easy to access Boulevard and the surroundings. My wife and I had a blast, especially since it was a throwback to the motor court days. Next trip to Brevard we will stay there.”
