“The property, facilities and amenities were readily available. The gym appeared worn and the image on the website was not an accurate representation. Some of the staff was cordial and welcoming and yet some others were indifferent when it came to providing assistance or sharing information. When we arrived were asked to attend a timeshare information session which proved to be a bad experience. ”

Unfortunately, our stay coincided with an island wide power outage that lasted almost 3 days and the hotel, like many others, doesn't a backup generator system. The government run utility is known for unreliable service and I feel sorry for the businesses that rely on it. ”
