"The front of house Staff are exceptional. After having my flight to Dubai cancelled, the Airline then managed to loose my luggage. The reception staff couldn’t have been more helpful, they communicated with the airline on my behalf and did not stop until the situation was resolved. I couldn’t be more grateful. "Fabulous hotel located near to the Dubai Marina and the DMCC metro stop which is super convenient for those all important sightseeing trips. We booked a club room which are on the higher floors and give you access to the Nest social room, here you can enjoy complimentary food and drinks. The rooms are modern, comfortable and cleaned on a daily basis. All of the staff are amazing, super friendly and always greet you with a smile and a hello. Highly recommended hotel would definitely stay here again."
