“1. There was trash everywhere. We were there three nights and the trash wasn’t picked up in common areas… condiment packets squeezed out everywhere. 2. Amenities listed on Expedia and the resort website are not available. 3. Pool is advertised but covered with renovations and dirt. 4. Renovations are being done in one section. You never saw any workers. Guests have to walk through the section with open tiles with hanging wires and the smell of mold. 5. First room had no lightbulbs… second room...

“I liked that this property was quiet and the employees at the service desk were very kind and helpful. They had a nice workout room. The pool area was very hot. The pool itself was very slippery with many hairs in the water. It didn’t feel very clean. The hot tub was out of order when we went. ”

“I selected here because of close to Timberline Ski Resort during last ski season. In peak season it needs to book ahead of a month. Room was small, but super friendly staff and comfortable bed, clean room. Best one is good room rates if booking available in Canaan Valley. Recommend strongly!”

“Stayed here as it was the cheapest place I could find close to Harper's Ferry, 30 min away. Similar to what you'd expect at a super 8, could use some updating at least concerning the rooms' exterior glass doors. Looks like several people are living the hotel life while I was there, but my room was clean and bedding was nice. Not far from interstate and lots of shopping nearby.”
