"The elevators were broken ( yes ALL of them) and got stuck on the pool level with my 12 year old daughter. It scared her and pretty much ruined her birthday, after that we had to call to be escorted anytime we needed to leave the floor due to the elevators being out. The pool was cold, too cold, even tho I called before I booked and was assured it was a heated pool, I still ended up sick for a week from swimming too cold."

"This was possibly one of the best hotel stays my partner and I have had to date in the US! We were showered with the absolute best hospitality. Upgraded to a suite, with thoughtful chocolates cake and champagne. What an abundant experience. They had a steamer for me to use for my dress, they gave us ample bottled water. The breakfast buffet at Cast Iron was delicious, with excellent service. We will definitely return!! "
