“What breakfast. I wish there was breakfast lol. Coffee was the only thing provided. Trust me I asked about breakfast the dude at the counter looked at me like yeah right”

“Was able to check in late, front desk staff was wonderful, rooms were clean, breakfast was amazing . Would recommend and stay again . ”

“Rooms were not clean. Bedding (sheets and bedspreads) were stained (appears they weren't washed). Went to use the phone, didn't work, cord was broken. Looked like it was that way for a while. We were offered a different room. Basically looked the same.”

“The housekeepers made sure the room was clean. We had the same room that we had on 3/31 so bathtub still did not drain. Breakfast was not very well stocked, the person handling breakfast was also covering front desk (btw breakfast was 7-10:30 am and we were there at 9 am. When we went to check out of our room the elevator quit working and we were told it would be at least 20 minutes. My husband is disabled, I am 73 so I had to carry a cooler and 4 bags down from the fourth floor. I asked...

“Staff was friendly and welcoming. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Pool was clean and nicely heated. Hot tub was clean. Breakfast is continental so no hot eggs or waffles. Also, there is no covered drive-up entry for load in and many of the parking spaces are on a hill which makes it a bit difficult to use the luggage carts. They should invest in a few carts that have a brake so they don't roll away. Location is convenient.”

“Exceeded our expectations. Rooms were very nice and the bed was beyond perfect. And the shower was great”

“Mmmhh, not the typical Hampton experience. Upon check in, the lobby seemed unusually small and with a group of 3-4 checking in ahead of us and my group of 6 it was tight; although I know this was probably an unusual situation-not a complaint just an observation. Parts of the hotel were being renovated while we were there and looks like it is going to be very nice; however, outside (back/side) it was the messiest site I have ever seen; this is speaking to the contractors doing the renovation...

“I enjoyed the newly renovated room, was very comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was amazing. I was very thoroughly exfoliated, I’ll say! Love that the property is brightly lit at night. ”

“The place was clean, the air conditioning is poor it took all night to cool the room other than that we have no other complaints.”

“Awesome staff, close to the highway… everyone staying there is for the same reason so it’s cool to relate to everyone driving long distance and needing to rest at this great motel.”
