"Rooms are dated but bed was extremely comfortable, especially after a long day on your feet. Kitchenette was a handy feature, I wish there was bags for the ice from the ice machine but it is Vancouver so single use plastics is not anywhere to be found. Last two nights our garbage was not taken."

"Staff was generally great, but there were a lot of teens crowding the pool and horsing around with no supervision. Rooms were clean, if small, but the location was convenient."

"Definitely needs updating. Although the staff was friendly and our room was clean, everything in this hotel is small and difficult to maneuver with luggage, using elevator, etc. The espresso machine was kept well-stocked with water, cartridges and cream. The cafe (Elysian?) is excellent; however, I would not stay there again."
