"Stayed for 6 days. Housekeeping ignored my room 3 times despite my request to clean. Their check in system charged me twice for the same stay, when I called the front desk to ask why, the lady was unprofessional and unpleasant. When I asked her name, I was told not to worry about it. I would avoid this place at all costs. You’ll get better service from a cheap motel. "

"Hotel is bare bones with rooms situated right by a loud busy roadway. Beds and linens are extremely uncomfortable. Room phone, and remote did not work. Parking was great though. Was told on the phone they had a shuttle to Cleveland clinic but when I checked in, there was no such thing according to the person at the desk. Room smelled of mold and mildew."
