โGorgeous modern hotel in Puerto Madero. Rooms were new, bed most comfortable, amenities high end, staff most professional and courteous, instagramable public spaces, walkable, safe, restaurants all over and near center. Uber is very reasonable. Loved the hotel and the experience we had. โ
โThe receptionists were nice and the breakfast is really good compared to regular hotels in North America. It's near a lot of places (Florida street, mall, obelisco)โ

No pude dormir la primer noche por lo que pedi que lo cambiaran. Me lo cambiaron, pero lo pusieron ennotra habitacion y me trajeron otro que no estaba tan viejo. โGreat clean room in the good location. But, why do we get the tough and unkind attitude from the staff of the front desk? I showed my intention to take message, but the guy in the front desk said, "Do you have the time of the message?" Ridiculous. I decide. Why did the staff give that kind of unacceptable response? If I were hus boss, I would fire him. I decided not to spend any money at this hotel.
