“A hidden gem! Stopped here for a night on route to Cardiff for the Oasis reunion tour. Totally exceeded our expectations. It was a lovely friendly place, with nicely renovated features, tasty food and great value (Mon-Thurs 3 courses for £20). The breakfast was exceptional also. A great stay and excellent value for money ”
“A lovely stay to visit family, room was very comfortable, clean and spacious, the village area is so nice to walk around and really makes it feel different to anywhere else. The spa is lovely for a morning swim and the staff are so friendly and helpful. Had a delicious breakfast and cannot fault our stay.”
“We had a great stay overall. Parking was a bit tricky to find initially (go past the pub then turn left) but reception told me where to park. Comfortable room with all amenities provided to cook. Wasn’t absolutely spotless but it was clean enough. Friendly and helpful staff and the phone passes were a faff but it worked out well in the end. Option to get cards so that’s nice. Overall very comfy and would happily stay again, especially if it was cheaper.”
