Amazing staff!!!! They work super hard to make it a great experience. The food and drinks were awesome! They even give you a beer in a can and not watered down beer. I would go again!

This is our 5th time staying @ the Riu Palace, it is our favorite in Cabo! Always very clean and the staff is friendly and very accomodating!

Great restaurants like Yuhi and Sofia. All your restaurants should have the food taste and service like these two. Guacamole food tase, quality and service were horrible. Promenade food quality, service and presentation was excellent but the tase was not great. Just below average. Most of the things tasted like cafeteria food. Rooms have smell from bathroom and damp sofa. Need ventilation and replacement of sofa with water resistant furniture. Some staff had bad attitude towards customers but most had an awesome service and attention. Pools and beach were awesome. Clean and beautiful. Good job. Finally add fresh natural cocktails to your drink options. Everything you serve is pre mixed. Makes the hotel look like a low end.

We found mold on our room service food causing my friend food poisoning after she had already eaten parts of the food. It was our last night there. Management offered us a $50 credit and in the morning another manager and chef came to apologize to my friend for her being sick from the bad food.
