“The property is massive. There’s so much on site entertainment. Everything was so clean, and they were constantly cleaning the entire time. The alcoholic drinks were very good and they used top shelf liquor. We did the VIP service and had a Butler and they were so friendly and accommodating they went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed for our stay we will be coming back in a few months.”

The staff made all the difference—Rosio, Ruth, and Cruz were amazing bartenders who always greeted us with a smile and made the best drinks. Jorge was such a huge help with our restaurant reservations and made everything so easy for us. The entire team went above and beyond to make sure our trip was enjoyable and stress-free. “If you want the best food I would suggest getting the preferred club membership and checking out sea side grill. The buffet wasn’t all that appetizing, I didn’t eat much my entire trip because the food was very different. Even the fruit was overly ripe and inedible at times. When people warn you not to drink the tap water, do not use the tap water!! They put lots of bottles of water in the room, we even brushed our teeth with it because it will make you really sick and throw up. I’m not sure if...
