"지은지 얼마안되서 시설 깨끗하고 방크기도 적당했고 직원분들은 너무너무 친절하고 좋았어요 근데 방음이 너무 안되요 바람소리가 창문틈으로 나는건지 너무 시끄러워요 그리고 옆방에서 샤워하거나 화장실 물내리때 소리가 너무 커서 정말 방음이 심각하게 안되는 곳이였어요 다시는 안갈꺼 같아요"

"I reserved through Expedia including breakfirst as free. But reception didn't recognized every morning and I have to check always before having breakfirst. Furthermore, second time breakfirst is fully charged in my final receipt. I cannot accept and should be fixed correctly. The hotel and Expedia should reply to me ASAP."
