“1st room at check in was 3rd floor no consideration taken that we were seniors. Could not manage poorly lite abd unsafe 2 flights of wooden stairs. We were moved to 1st floor, new but things were broken, outlets were not finished, telephone was not put in, could not plug in wall fan. Floor was filthy from contractors working. Next day moved to a front ocean view unit on 1st floor. We cleaned the floor. Bed was the worst mattress, springs were caved in. Terrible for sleeping. Tried using...

“The room was clear, and very nice and responsive staff. I was a little bit confused about breakfast because the message from them said no breakfast would be provided due to the MA guidelines (no further explanationon what the guidelines are), but i overheard that they said something about breakfast to other customers. Other than this, overall a great place to stay.”

“The apartment was conveniently located and with parking for our car. Our apartment was on the second floor and the folks below us complained about our small children waking them up early (sorry!). I also wish they didn’t wake up at 5:30 😮‍💨 The dishes were not clean and there were only 2 forks and 5 spoons. We did some cooking there but the apartment was clean other than the dishes, definitely left them better than we found it.”

“The room was nice - very clean, nice little kitchenette area with mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, sink, and an assortment of dishes. Once I figured out how to get my code to check in (the online form did not quite work for me) the "no front desk, no contact" check in was very smooth and the person I spoke with on the phone was kind and helpful! The location was nice - close to transit.”
