“Fantastically maintained property. Great local access to train station, food and shops. Previous reviews noted noise complaints but we didn’t have any issues. Great place to stay with a family of 5!!”

“We enjoyed our stay in Oak Stay Shibuya 5, we stayed there for 5 nights with 3 adults and 3 children. Easy communication with Jacob. Gives us lots of information and suggestions. The place is highly recommended as very close to the hatsudai station, nearby 7 eleven, and mcdonalds very handy especially for a last minute essential or for a snack on the way home. “This was a convenient place to stay at during our 15-day visit to Japan with at 3 different locations. We stayed 2 days here. This one was walking distance from Shibuya and very close to the train station. I was traveling by train so I don't know how the parking situation was. I did have an issue checking-in because the code wasn't working and to contact the person took quite some time (like 10-15 minutes) so for a while we were outside wondering what to do if the directions were not working....
