“The property is convenience in the center of the city. The shelves were dusty; floor was dirty too. Overall is not as clean as we have expected. The apartment is located to several night clubs, which is not a quite place. One of the night clubs has a last show starts 3:30 am, ends around 4 am. It's not a good experience if you're a light sleeper. ”

“Location was very convenient, but be prepared to climb a slight incline for about 2 blocks from the main road. 7-11 also very close by. Starbucks on the way to the train station. Only downside was the musty smell from the overworked air conditioning units. Otherwise the rooms and bathroom was very clean and modern.”

“방도 넒고 깨끗합니다. 신바시라 주변에 번화가도(긴자) 가깝고 도쿄타워등 놀러가기도 좋았네요 근처 놀러가시기도 역들이 가까워 편하구요 숙소는 주택가라 밤에는 조용합니다. 사장님도 엄청 친절하셔서 상당히 좋았네요 다음에 또 가게되면 또 묵고싶네요 Ps 사장님이 한국어 일본어 영어 가능하셔서 한국분들은 특히 더 좋을듯 합니다.”

“Sunmall Crest607 is studio apartment located in luxurious building, perfectly situated near all the bars and clubs of Shinjuku NiChome. The apartment's bathroom was the most comfortable of all the locations we stayed at for this trip (traveling through Japan as a westerner, you'll understand). Though there were other appreciable amenities such as a full kitchen, fridge, washer, and living room - we stayed out the entire trip and did not take advantage of any of them.
