“The vending machine only had two options available. Both the soda machine and the breakfast bar were already half empty during breakfast hours. There was just one staff member covering both the front desk and the breakfast area, and she was also looking after two young children. The air conditioning unit couldn’t be adjusted for temperature or fan direction, and it blew directly onto my bed all night. If you’re not looking for a very cheap place to sleep, you might want to skip this one.”

“Place was being remodeled and I didn’t know ahead of time. Lobby, for example, was under construction so did not have its usual fireplace. Made it feel dirty. Some green space to walk dog but lots of trash near one end of lot. Convenient to restaurants and highway. Good WiFi”

“The Microtel Inn was nice and very good price per room. The rooms were spacious. Beds were comfortable. TE staff was very helpful at check in, breakfast, and suggestions to make our stay the best. Will definitely stay here again.”

“Was all we needed for a tournament weekend. Staff was cordial and helped with everything we needed. Only downside was no hottub but couldnt argue for the price downtown. Parking was $15 a night unless its full. Breakfast was par. Could see our family staying again. ”

“Staff did what they could to assist the TV not working, broken shower, and broken coffee maker. Spent much of our time watching maintenance fix everything. Then we had kids running up and down the hallway and dogs barking all after 11PM. Not happy with this stay.”

“We had a good time and the staff was wonderful. However the Wi-Fi didn't work and we couldn't put our Netflix up because of that. Some of the property was outdated and I thought it was updated I would want to stay there but I don't want to pay for remodel.”

Reserved a double bed room and they over booked so had to accept a room with a pull out couch that was not comfortable in any way. Breakfast was par. A lot of Holiday Inn Express are nice - this one could use an upgrade. ”

“The hotel wasn’t bad but if you are black you don’t want to stay here. I am white and my husband is black and we were pretty much discriminated against. The one guy in the morning would go around and give me chocolate and other things but never once offered anything to my husband or myself. Then on Sunday the day we were checking out we went to have breakfast around 8:30/9 and our room keys wouldn’t work so we could get back into our room to pack our things up.
