"Great Location, but Disappointing Service
• Service & Billing: A tall black staff member overcharged me for 6 nights of tourist tax instead of 4. He was quite blunt and unfriendly. I got a refund only because I caught the error myself—otherwise, I would have lost a lot of money. The staff generally seemed unprofessional, preferring to joke with each other rather than assist guests. Use the automated check-in if you can.
• Facilities: The lobby has plenty of seating for waiting, but the complimentary water station was almost always empty and neglected.
• Room: The room condition was okay, but it lacked natural light and felt poorly ventilated.
• Location: Excellent for sightseeing, though the heavy traffic can make it difficult for taxis to pull up to the entrance."
