"Our stay at Hotel Bo was incredible from start to finish. The level of service here was a breath of fresh air. Every single staff member we encountered, from the welcoming greeting at the door to the efficient check-in and the attentive cleaning staff was amazing.
The hotel itself is a sanctuary. It is exceptionally calm, with beautiful gardens and a very pleasant, curated atmosphere (even the background music and soundscapes were perfect). Our room was incredibly comfortable and well-designed.
A few highlights:
The Food & Drinks: The restaurant is top-tier; every meal and cocktail was excellent.
The Tours: We used the hotel’s drivers for trips to Sumidero Canyon and Palenque. They were professional, friendly, and made the long journeys seamless.
The Staff: Unlike other places we’ve stayed, the team here truly makes you feel like a valued guest.
If you are visiting San Cristóbal de las Casas, do not hesitate to stay here. It was one of the highlights of our trip!"
