"Worst experience ever - the room smells mouldy and me and my wife felt suffocated just from staying there for 1 hr. We tried everything, opened windows and vented for a long time but the smell keeps coming back. Note that this was the «deluxe» room! I immediately booked a new hotel and moved for fear of our health. As the contact guy(Carlos) said he didn’t have other rooms available and couldn’t come over to help us.
