The staff went OUT OF THEIR WAY to assist me
There is no car access to the hotel but the staff are there to assist with luggage etc.
The choice of breakfast is wonderful for a dmall hotel, the only drawback is the small dining area. Gteat access to train street and there are so many dining options on the mall outside it wil satisfy anyone's culinary needsโ
โOnly stayed for one night but we were made to feel welcome as soon as we arrived. We were given snacks and a drink, check in was quick and easy and we were given a room upgrade to an amazing suite. The hotel and room was stunning and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
Wish we could have stayed longer and would definitely recommend. โ

โAmazing place to stay. Within walking distance to the old town, a lot of food and shopping street nearby. The two bedroom arrangement was perfect for my family of 6. The rooftop common area was a nice touch if you would feel crowded in the room, but the overall space felt very homey. You can also refill your own water bottle. Most of all, this place is value for money โ
โLovely stay, good value for money, staff were very friendly and helpful. Great with our children and breakfast was delicious. Would definitely return next time we visit Hanoi. โ
