โOnly stayed for one night but we were made to feel welcome as soon as we arrived. We were given snacks and a drink, check in was quick and easy and we were given a room upgrade to an amazing suite. The hotel and room was stunning and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
Wish we could have stayed longer and would definitely recommend. โ
โThe hotel room is clean, the bed is comfortable, the air conditioner runs smoothly and the space is quiet at night. Great location, just a few minutes to Hoan Kiem Lake walking street and the train street. I really like the breakfast buffet here - with pho, eggs and bread. The staff is enthusiastic and friendly. The price is reasonable compared to the central area. If you want a simple, clean, central place to stay - Sky Charm Hanoi hotel & spa is a good choice.โ

โI absolutely loved Bi Ecosuites. The hosts were amazing! The building is located in a very quiet and safe residential neighborhood, not far from all the cafes, shops, barbers, restaurants, massage parlors, monuments, tourist attractions. You name it. The room itself was top notch. Very clean, nicely furnished and equipped with everything you would need for a short or long stay. The big Samsung smart tv was great too. I highly recommend Bi Ecosuites while in Hanoi. โ
