Meritel Hanoi
10/10 Excellent
"Great stay!"
Peridot Grand Luxury Boutique Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"Beautiful sanctuary in the middle of Hanoi Old Town! Wonderful pool with an amazing sunset every night! Staff were beyond helpful (even helping me find my lost flip-flop). Highly recommend."
HOTEL du LAC SIGNATURE
10/10 Excellent
"This was one of the best experiences I’ve had at a hotel. First, the staff were amazing - incredibly helpful, accommodating, and respectful. I truly felt like a VIP guest the whole stay. Second, the breakfast buffet was very good with a great selection. Third, the room was very clean and was enough space for the two of us. And lastly, location was phenomenal - super close to everything you could want within Hanoi. I’m so glad I stayed at this hotel! Highly recommended!"
Royal Signature Hotel Hanoi
10/10 Excellent
"We had a wonderful stay at Hanoi Royal Signature Hotel in. All the staff members were warm, helpful, and professional—Cendy and Jim were just a couple of the friendly faces we interacted with. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, and our room was very comfortable. Housekeeping did an excellent job each day, keeping everything fresh and tidy. Due to a rain we had to adjust our travel plans and extend our stay by an extra night. The staff were incredibly accommodating and helped us organise the additional night with ease. We stayed in two rooms—501 and 503—and both were cozy, quiet, and nicely presented. = A wonderful stay from start to finish. The hotel was clean and comfortable, the location couldn’t have been better, and the staff were approachable and very friendly."
Aira Boutique Hanoi Hotel & Spa
8/10 Good
"Excellent polite staff however, our room was directly under the skybar so often heard the chairs being scraped across the floor both morning for breakfast and in the evening. For the price of the hotel, breakfast definitely should have been included but was not and we felt $17 AUD was steep so didn’t dine there. Gym was a couple of bikes, treadmill and small selection of weights but space was tiny and no air conditioning in the room. Pool area was nice addition and location was somewhat convenient. For star quality of hotel, AC unit in room definitely needed a clean and the corners of the bathroom and bedroom could be more throughly cleaned. Solid 4 stars."
Hanoi Royal Premium Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"We absolutely loved our stay at Royal Premium. The room was so cozy, we felt right at home. The staff were so helpful, friendly and kind especially Andrea and Da at reception. Every time we entered reception we were greeted with the warmest smiles! Laundry was very efficient and easy too. Also the perfect location in the midst of everything, which was very convenient.."
Hanoi Splendid Premium Hotel
8/10 Good
"The staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and accommodating throughout our stay to make my children feel comfortable. They went above and beyond by assisting us with transferring our luggage from another hotel. The breakfast also offered a fresh with variety of delicious options to enjoy."
The Hanoi Signature Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"Nous voulions passer une nuit dans un hôtel du centre-ville, près du Vieux Quartier, et nous avons été très satisfaits de l'établissement, du personnel et de l'emplacement. Le petit-déjeuner était également bon ; seul bémol : le café chaud aurait dû être accompagné de lait chaud, et non froid. C'est un hôtel agréable et propre, et toutes les personnes que nous avons rencontrées étaient très sympathiques."
Sofitel Legend Metropole Hanoi
10/10 Excellent
"Very clean and quiet rooms. Very helpful staff and excellent breakfast."
