“Bar and restaurant had great food, staff was very accommodating and willing to aid and answer all questions ”

“The staff was amazing but the water went out and we didn’t have water to shower. other people the were staying at the hotel were in the lobby complaining because the water was out and we couldn’t shower. The pics didn’t look like the actual place and to go to are room we have to go on the other side of the hotel and take stairs with are luggage. I wouldn’t stay in this property again.”

“First of all this is not a 24/7 hands on place at all. The front desk only works from 8am to 10 pm. So if you have anything that you need you won't get it. If the pipe burst, need towels, light bulb you won't be able to get anything ontil that time. So emergency around that time isn't available. Outside my room iheard a loud bang. “It rained the day we arrived and when we got there, the whole kitchen and living room were flooded and the rug was soaked for the whole 7 day trip so the whole house stunk of mildew the entire trip. We woke up sick every morning from breathing in the nasty air all night. I dont know if someone left the front door open allowing the rain water to come in during the storm but we would’ve enjoyed our trip better if we didn’t get sick every time we were in the house.
