"Right in the heart of the medina by the blue gate, the room was a good size wirh a great bathroom and the staff made it such a lovely time, really eager to share knowledge about the area and help you find a good guide. It was a really great mid point for all of the cool spots and the walkability made everything a great time. Absolutely loved this location."

"We were pleasantly surprised and so impressed with the riad. Amazing space and delicious breakfast, and most importantly staff were extremely friendly. Someone helped picked us up from the main road and carried our luggages on our way in and our way out. Highly recommend! "

"This is just an amazing Riad! I stayed here about 6 years ago and had such a wonderful time that I had to come back. Mr Jim and his lovely wife are such fantastic hosts and such great company. The location is perfect over looking the old city, the rooms have been updated and are now even more impressive! The food and service is top notch! We had a wonderful time and we can't wait to return! "

"Hasan made sure we were well taken care of. He helped with luggage carrying toand from our check in and check out. He ensured breakfast was ready on time and even packed and gave us breakfast on the day we were leaving since we left super early. "My family’s stay at this Riad was beyond memorable.All the 4 of us loved every detail of the Riad .The staff couldn’t be more professional or nicer and to name a couple Anwar and Aya .The location was perfect allowing us to access the Old Town as well as the rest .The decoration was breathtakingly beautiful and authentic .We were upgraded to an amazing room on the roof top .Breakfast, the bar , the dining were all excellent .Would highly recommend it to everyone visiting Fez."

"The Riad Jamaï is a peaceful and beautiful place to rest, disconnect and enjoy the city. It’s no near to the Medina, but is easy and cheap take a taxi. The staff is helpful and kind. We dinner at the hotel and the food are so good The pool is small but it’s fantastic to refresh in his wonderful patio. We recommend be a guest at this Riad."
