"I recently stayed here for 2 nights. I chose this location mainly because of the hot tub, so that was really disappointing—the water was extremely hot, to the point where it felt unsafe and unusable. I did report it, but was told there wasn’t access to adjust it. There was also a period during the day (about 11 AM–4 PM) when there was no water at all, which was very inconvenient. On top of that, our room had a slight sewer smell, so we had to keep the AC running constantly. That said, I want to give credit where it’s due—the housekeeping team was amazing. They kept our room very clean, and most importantly, they found a ring I left behind and front desk for their great customer service in helping getting my ring returned to me. I truly appreciated their honesty and effort. Overall, this stay didn’t meet the standards I’ve experienced at other Home2 Suites locations. Hoping management addresses these issues."
