“This was an older place in a great location. We were on an upper floor and the place was quite large. There was a vaulted ceiling and a full kitchen. We had a great view of the pool and the ocean. The gym was nice, and we enjoyed pickleball as well. Overall, a great value for the price.”

“Awesome small scale property with great beach access and walkable to so many restaurants and shops. Grocery is a short walk and a great option to stock the condo. Tons to do or a great place to just relax. We never had issues finding plenty of beach or pool chairs any time of the day. The whole family agrees - we would go back in a heartbeat! ”

“I liked the privacy of the property and access to the beach and the amenities of activities. Property not taking all major credit cards like Discover and not knowing this upfront could be an issue .... need to make this public knowledge... Point Grace did not take Discover but their other properties accepted Discover... This is not a favorable score on this only....”

“The service was great! Having a restaurant right on the property was super convenient. Options for snorkeling, tubes, a towel, etc was nice to have too! The little store with snacks, sunscreen, etc was good too! ”

“It was our first time in TCI and the Somerset was a great choice! They have it all - a great beach and pool, delicious food services, spa services onsite, and pickups for excursions right from their beach. It made things very easy. It's not right in town, but it's an easy 10-15 min bike ride on one of the bikes they provide or with a quick taxi that they will call for you. We stayed in a spacious 2-bed, 3-bath villa, which was pricey, but was super clean and well-appointed. Wifi wasn't the best...
