“I wanted to give this a better rating. I had booked 2 rooms for the first 2 nights of our stay-1 room sleeps 6, the other sleeps 4-and continued the stay another 2 nights in the room for 4 occupants. The good: The room was clean with no signs of bedbugs or anything. It was quiet and relaxing. The springs were great and the boat tour was interesting. They have great ice cream & a bar. “Staff were unpleasant and not helpful. The room didn’t smell clean and only got worse I. The bathroom where it smelled like mildew. You could actually see it growing in the bathroom! I personally wouldn’t recommend staying here, especially for the price. We stayed somewhere else more affordable in the area earlier and the week and I would pick that hotel over this one anytime. Absolutely awful experience.”
