“8시까지만 리셉션을 운영한다고 했는데 교통 체증으로 8시를 넘겨서 도착했습니다. 입구의 문이 굳게 닫혀 있어서 어떻게 해야 하나 걱정했는데 8시 이후에 도착하는 경우에 들어갈 수 있는 방법을 메일로 미리 보내놓았더군요. 즉 늦게 도착해도 상관없습니다. 걸어서나 차로 들어갈 때 보안코드를 눌러야 철문이 열립니다. 보안은 확실하구요. 주방(+식탁), 거실, 침실, 욕실, 화장실, 발코니(+테이블)로 구성된 (호텔이 아니라) 콘도입니다. 체크아웃 때 쓰레기도 직접 버려야 하는... 가족 단위로 놀러와서 며칠 숙박하기 좋을듯 합니다. 예를 들어 수건도 4인 분량으로 준비되어 있습니다. 카르카손 성채까지는 걸어서 채 10분이 안걸립니다. 밤 산책을 하기에도 좋고 만약 차가 있다면 체크아웃(10시) 이후에도 세워놓고 걸어서 다녀올 수 있어서 편했습니다.”

“Good hotel. Just what you expect from a Mercure. Comfortable but not special. Kind staff. The lady at the reception was not smiling very much. Nevertheless, she gave us all the information we needed about the city, so no offence. ”

“카르카손 요새까지 접근성이 좋은 호텔이었고, 유료이긴 했지만 비교적 저렴한 가격에 제공된 아침식사도 맛있었습니다. 또한 카르카손 요새를 조망할 수 있는 작은 테라스가 있다는 점도 맘에 드는 요소였습니다. 다만, 옛날 건물이라 엘리베이터가 없어 짐을 옮길 때 다소 불편함은 있었습니다. I'm very satisfied with my stay at Hôtel Du Pont Vieux. The staff were all kind and everything is almost perfect. The only disadvantage is about a lift but this is already mentioned by the hotel owner, so I was okay with it.”
