"I recently stayed at this hotel and was disappointed by how a lost item situation was handled. I accidentally left my toiletry bag hanging on the back of the bathroom door when I checked out. Realizing my mistake, I called the hotel approximately four hours later, but I was told that nothing had been found in the room. I am certain the bag was left there, which leaves me concerned about the hotel's lost-and-found procedures and room inspection process. While mistakes happen, I expect a more thorough effort to locate the item or investigate what happened. Unfortunately, this experience has affected my confidence in staying here again."
