“We had a wonderful stay at Sugar Bay Barbados, and one of the biggest reasons was the people. The staff truly made the experience special. Kai, Akiel, Kay, Destiny, and Devon were absolutely amazing. They made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and personable. It seemed like everywhere you turned, someone was greeting you with a smile and a hello. That kind of genuine hospitality is something you can’t teach, and it speaks volumes about the...

“Security needs to ensure random guys from the streets are not coming on the property late at nights without checking ID to confirm identity. Breakfast was ok. Views from the hotel were very nice.”

Staff was great, especially my greeter who for being young handled different situations with ease, kudos for that. Congratulations you did good.”

“It’s about the people! Yes the property is beautiful, the amenities are plentiful, the food is excellent. But it’s the staff that will make your stay unforgettable. When you leave knowing everyone’s name you feel like you had the best of Cobbler’s Cove and Barbados.”

“We had a great family vacation at Little Good Harbour. Perfectly appointed, clean stylish and comfortable bungalows, steps from the beach. Beach and pools were perfect for our 7 year old. The staff are amazing and so kind and helpful too. We’ll be back! ”

“Our stay at Blue Monkey was incredible from start to finish. The property is beautiful, but what truly sets it apart is the people. Every employee we encountered was kind, friendly, attentive, and genuinely committed to making sure we were well taken care of. You can feel that the entire team truly cares about the guest experience. The rooms were beautifully appointed, with extremely comfortable beds, an amazing shower, and top-notch toiletries. Everything felt thoughtful and luxurious without...

“Had a great 5 day trip here. Beach was beautiful, property was nice. My only complaint was room ran a bit smaller the expected however, what made this resort special was the beach, the dine around program offered, and the staff. From Mya to helping us with check in/check out, and the general manager being extremely friendly. Special shoutout to...
