"Helpful and courteous staff, including Reception (thank you Howard and Claudia, and also the young man who sorted my extra day seamlessly on 12 Feb for 13 Feb). Breakfast plentiful with enough choice (although I must say I didn't like the coffee or tea from the machine – prefer freshly made with hotter water). Steak and chips fine and good value. Central location and near bus stops and three good restaurants. Room clean, and the windows can be opened, for those, like me, who wants a bit of air. "

"Clean the bed was very comfortable and the pillows also the whole place was nicely decorated the shower did its job no complaints at all did not do breakfast but on lord steet plenty good cafes "
