"This was a 5-star stay except for the checkout. I got to my room at 11:01 to collect my suitcase and had been locked out. When I told the desk clerk that I didn’t think it was right to lock people out, she refused to apologize and said “checkout is at 11.” She then gave me a one-time use key that didn’t work. Luckily the room cleaner recognized me and let me in. My room was at the opposite end of the resort so all this was pretty inconvenient. "

"Under-staffed, old equipment which didn't work at front-desk, were originally giving key cards that didn't even work, pool area dirty in the morning, overall not maintained well. Breakfast and food was the diamond in the haystack (food was incredible)."
