“Clean room and nice place! ”

“The room was fresh smelling when we entered. The staff was really friendly and helpful. The kids enjoyed the pool and the temp was perfect. The only complaint I have is the neighbors were so noisy until 4 in the morning so the sleep wasn’t the best. ”

“HOT TUB didn't even WORK, was OUT OF ORDER, as was the only ONE ice machine for the WHOLE HOTEL!! Management wouldn't refund 2nd night of stay, had to leave due to ice storm and conference calcellation!! Will NEVER stay there AGAIN!!”

“Asked for a lake view, no response from the kid working the counter. Was not greeted, felt as if we were interrupting his phone scrolling. Asked if the shuttle could take us to the casino, all we get is "Uh, huh!" Couldn't find the ice machine, didn't dare ask where it was. However, the lady at the counter in the morning was extremely pleasant and happy to help with our needs.”

“The first room we were booked in was the wrong room, and had a guests belongings in it. The second room we were booked in had mold in the microwave. The third and final room seemed ok, until the next day where we found out the shower didn't work. I would never return to this place, very horrible conditions.”

“Great modern vibe and the lake view was as pictured. It snowed one of the nights and I flet like we were in a snow globe. Nice amenities with friendly staff and owner. Looks like the beach area is nice with 2 large shared bonfire pits. Highly recommend!! I will be back.”

“The property smelled of pot. My room didn’t but the room showed signs of how old it was. The tub was worn out and the handicap shower head didn’t work right. The handle to get into the shower was in a horrible position. The front staff was very nice and helpful. People were loud and doors slamming at 6 am. ”

“Breakfast was premade omelets my son didn’t like. Staff was kind and did morning towel changes. The water park is fine….my kids 8 & 11 were good for 1-2 days then got bored ”

“The hot water didn’t work for the bathroom sink. They didn’t have a hot breakfast, the eggs and sausage warmers were not clean cleaned from the previous day and so they just didn’t make eggs and sausage for Sunday morning. When I asked I was told “she didn’t make it” with no offer to rectify the issue. It smelled like cigarettes I. The hallways. ”

“The room was clean and bed was comfortable. Rooms are very dated. The fireplace in the room didn’t work and the phone in the room didn’t work when I tried to call the desk for assistance. The front desk staff wasn’t very helpful. View of the lake was the best thing about the property. ”
