“Our reservation was canceled and we never even received a notification. We called an hour before to the reservation company to get check in instructions and spoke to Leila who asked for our confirmation and said she would email instructions within the hour. I called back an hour later and we were told our reservation was cancelled and we had been sent an email. My Expedia account still showed booked and current so I was extremely confused and looked for the email and was unable to find anything...

“We had an amazing, relaxing time time. Jon was awesome!”

“요세미티 동문으로 가기위해 숙박을 했는데 동문까지 20분 정도 거리, 숙소는 청결하고 만족스러움 와이파이도 잘되고 조식도 대체로 무난함”

“The rooms are not cleaned well, debris in corners and most noticeable was the various stains on the top comforter. I called in to get a new comforter and was told their employees are not allowed to remove those (for washing) due to safety concerns. I insisted it was a safety concern for a paying customer and they proceeded to remove it for me. It was shocking to get that as a response. In addition, trying to order room service (in room dining) was a 45 min adventure. Online they advertise it but...

Needless to say, the room could use some serious maintenance and safety updates. These weren’t just cosmetic issues, but genuine safety concerns. On a...

“Clean and comfortable. Great location, close to action. Super cute. Moose wandered through the property while we were there! The reasons it didn’t get 5 stars: -Breakfast was odd. Pre built burritos, grab and go, for one hour. Tasty, but just odd. -Staff repeatedly told us the restaurant was open for dinner. We sat there for 10 minutes without being acknowledged by anyone. So we left. -No bathroom fan.”

“Breakfast limited with little hot food or pastries. Staff was very helpful.”

“Everything was awesome however, the room tends to get warm during the day and night even though the thermostat states different.”

“The cabins are set in a quiet mountain town about 30 minutes from Rocky Mountain Park with the convenience of a food and fuel store right across the street. The cabin had everything we needed for our stay. The host was very attentive answering any questions we had with in minutes. Would definitely stay here again.”
