"The apartments are nice but the hotel is located at the junction of two mountain rivers which are very noisy. The internet said that the hotel had 24hr reception but it is only open for limited hours and closed on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The hotel swimming pool was also closed for the first part of our visit. Probably all this was incorporated into the price we paid but the advertising didn't state it."

"Booking and checking processes were very straightforward. Check in appeared to be between 17.00 and 19.00, so it was quite narrow time window, but I maanaged to make it during that time slot. Receptionist appeared to be very nice and helpful. Though, ability to understand and communicate in French is required. "The view from my room/apartment was amazing . It looked right over the water with the castle in the distance. There was a table and 4 chairs on the balcony. The room included a small kitchen with fridge, microwave,toaster, coffee pot and hob/stove top. Also a tv and inside table with 4 chairs. The couch rolled out into a double bed and there were bunk beds in a little alcove. Everything you could need for your stay. If there was one thing I would change - they could use some new towels, theirs were very thin and worn. Overall an excellent room and well worth the money."

"Fabulous. Fantastic well-appointed and spotless apartments. Really quiet but very central. Perfect location. Great to have parking on site but make sure you book that ahead of arrival (extra cost of €17 per night definitely worth having). Need for parking booking not 100% clear on Expedia. We stayed in two different rooms due to extra night booking - one room had a kettle one didn’t, but even without, could still make a cup of tea for the English! Couple of minor access issues, but communication was excellent and phone answered and queries rectified really quickly. (Apologies that we needed to call so often - user error - no reflection on property!) Our first stay at an apartment without concierge but no issues and would definitely recommend. Loads of local restaurants catering for all tastes and budgets, and the little tourist train was well worth doing for 45 min tour of vineyards. Be aware 10 am checkout so no leisurely breakfast on your last day!"
